Cheese... you might either love it... or hate it! Put it in a cake receipe and chances are... you're gonna like it!
Some like it really thick as in the New York cheesecake or perhaps, you prefer the light and fluffy Japanese cheesecakes. For me, I believe in living life in moderation... and so do my cheesecakes!
